Second Saturday Art Making and Activities
Join The Arts Center on the Second Saturday of every month for art making and activities for the whole family! It’s Free–no fee! Second Saturday Art is for All Ages! | 1:00 – 4:00 pm
March 11, 2017 – This month we’re celebrating diversity in our community! We’ll draw self-portraits and make paper masks to show what makes each of us unique and important to the community. All are welcome!
April 8, 2017 – What masterpieces can you make from modest materials? We’re doing Post-it note art in the gallery for April! Create something amazing to take home or to contribute to our Tiny Masterpieces Mural, featuring work from the teens of Benton County made during this year’s Teen Summit!
May 13, 2017 – In honor of National Historic Preservation month, our guest local artist, Roz Keeney, will lead activities in the gallery for making buildings and monuments from recycled materials.
