Youth from Kindergarten through High School living in Linn & Benton Counties.

What

Call to Young Poets, K-12, to submit illustrated poems for The Arts Center’s Youth Poetry Celebration.

When

• Accepting submissions March 1 – April 13.
• Reception on Saturday, April 27 from 2 – 4 PM.

Where

• Drop off or mail poems to The Arts Center, 700 SW Madison Ave., Corvallis OR, 97333.
• Drop-in free reception on Saturday, April 27, 2 – 4 pm, at The Arts Center

Submission Guidelines

• Registration is required.
• Poems can be handwritten or printed, in any language.
• Paper size may not exceed 8.5 xx 11 inches, but smaller or free-form sizes are ok.
• While we encourage submission of poems illustrated with original art, it is not required and will not influence participation (NO clip art) Art and poems need to be on the same page, if they are on separate pages we may only incorporate one page into our group zine.
• Please do not frame artwork and poems.
• Please fill out the registration form and attach it to the back of your poem. Make sure the information is clearly readable.
