TAC makes our space available for rent to support creating access to and engagement with the visual arts, and to encourage additional visits in the future. As such, rentals are typically not booked during our regular public hours (Tuesday – Saturday, 12 – 5 pm), or when we are open for other public community events.

Rental rates are contingent upon several factors. Please fill out the rental request form indicating preferences, so we can better serve you.

Available Spaces

Basement Classrooms

The Arts Center has two studio classrooms available to rent. The spaces vary in size, and are available April – November.

Main Gallery

The Main Gallery has a 135 standing capacity, or can accommodate approximately 65–80 seated in rows of folding chairs. These numbers vary depending on the nature of installed exhibitions.

The Main Gallery is unavailable during the Howland Community Open exhibition, and during install/ de-install periods. Occasionally other exhibitions will prevent us from accommodating rentals.
