Get creative in the kitchen!
Come join our culinary program to get your hands messy cooking! Students will gain experience and expertise in the kitchen. They’ll learn to use and create recipes, identify and use kitchen tools, how to work as a team in the kitchen, make table settings and acquire etiquette skills, as we prepare and taste new recipes each week.
Note on food: All the recipes are functionally gluten-free, dairy free and made with natural ingredients; however, registering families should be clear about allergies and severity during sign up.
We’ll combine science and arts as we explore many food options beginning with:
- Foods that roll!
Learn to make cookie dough and roll it out, design delicious veggie sushi rolls, craft feelings and dipping sauces for tasty spring rolls.
Students will learn to create recipes and shopping lists. All recipes will be functionally gluten free.
