The Public Art Selection Commission (or PASC) is one of the many citizens’ commissions. The Commission advises the Corvallis City Council. All outdoor and indoor art and art on or in the City of Corvallis property requires approval from the commission. The Commission is governed by City Policy (CP) Area 4, CP 94-4.07 and CP 98-4.12.
Staff at the Corvallis Parks and Recreation Department serve as the City PASC Liaison, responsible for scheduling meetings, informing membership of submissions, keeping records and all communications with submitting artists and/or donors. The liaison does not have a vote on the Commission.
