Where do I park?

No paper tickets will be provided this year – all attendees check in at registration the night of the event, and provide the name of the PURCHASER of the admissions.
ALL advance admissions sales -- online and in person at The Arts Center -  will end Wednesday, February 29th at 5pm. After that, admissions can be purchases at the event.

Program Schedule:

• 7:00 PM - Doors open                
• 8:15 PM - Silent Auction Table #1 closes
      Balloting for chocolatier awards closes
• 8:30 PM - Live Auction begins                
• ~8:45 PM - Chocolatier appreciation and awards follow live auction                
• 9:30 PM - Silent Auction Table #2 closes            
• 10:00 PM - Event ends    

What is ArtsCare?
This year Chocolate Fantasy is focused on showcasing our ArtsCare Program. ArtsCare places artists in health care environments to work with patients, or staff, or to beautify facilities — for the healthful benefit of all!

I’m an artist and I’m interested in donating my work – what should I do?
Art acquisitions are now complete for the 2012 event. We appreciate the support of the artists’ community, and plan to have more opportunities for artist participation in the coming year. Please keep in touch!

Changes to CF in 2012:

Pedicab Service
Two pedicabs will on duty at the start and end of the evening to convey guests between their cars and the Reser Stadium entrance.  They will provide assistance to those who need it and add a touch of novelty and fun for everyone.

Live auction
This year the live auction will be focused on experiences – the Fine Art Gallery will showcase high-quality, decorative art.  We are very pleased and appreciative that Coach Craig Robinson of OSU’s Basketball team will be hosting the Live Auction this year.

Fine Art Gallery
New this Year! Juried pieces from 40 local artists will be offered at fixed prices representing 80% of commercial retail.  These will all be substantial works with a minimum price of $300.   

Silent Auction
Donated items from local businesses, including art pieces such as pottery and jewelry, will be in the silent auction.  We expect to have two, rather than three silent auction tables.   

Reserved Tables
To recognize the significance of their support, tables will be reserved for major sponsors and their guests.

Admission Price
The price for each admission is $75.  It reflects enhancements to CF and the determination of TAC to maintain its programs and services to the community in the face of decreased funding from the City of Corvallis and increasing competition for grants. Why is Chocolate Fantasy worth the price of admission?
